Residential Cleaning

Maintenance Light Cleaning
Recommended after a Deep Cleaning, this service helps keep your home fresh, clean, and comfortable. It focuses on routine maintenance in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
Services include cleaning countertops, the stovetop, and appliance exteriors; dusting furniture; removing cobwebs and visible insects; making beds; vacuuming; and mopping floors. Changing the sheets on the main bed is included as a courtesy.
Deep Cleaning
A more detailed service for homes that need extra attention. It includes everything in our Maintenance Light Cleaning, plus more intensive cleaning of accessible areas such as baseboards, doors and frames, window sills, blinds, ceiling fans, and vents.

Empty Home / Move-In, Move-Out & Post-Construction Cleaning
A thorough cleaning for an empty home before moving in, after moving out, or following construction or renovation. Depending on your estimate, the service may include cleaning rooms, empty cabinets and drawers, baseboards, doors and frames, window sills, blinds, accessible ceiling fans and vents, floors, and the inside and outside of the oven and refrigerator.
