The Story Behind Our Approach
Over the years, Brazil Master Cleaners founder Erica Kirk has provided professional cleaning services for more than 80 homes belonging to older adults.
With a background in social work, Erica understands that inviting someone into your home and accepting help can be a personal decision. Through her experience, she noticed that some clients felt more comfortable starting with a smaller service and getting to know the people coming into their home.
Instead of beginning with the entire house, she offered to help with just the kitchen and bathroom. This gave clients an opportunity to experience the service and decide whether they wanted additional assistance.
That experience shaped an approach built around a belief: help at home should support independence and respect each person’s choices.
How Our Service Works
1. We Listen to Your Needs
We begin by discussing the home, the areas that need attention, and any preferences or concerns. We encourage the person who lives in the home to take part in deciding what feels right for them.
2. We Start Where You Feel Comfortable
If you or your loved one would prefer to begin with a smaller service, we can start with the kitchen and bathroom. This first visit is an opportunity to get to know us and experience our service.
Inside refrigerator and oven cleaning can be added upon request.
3. We Build Trust at Your Pace
As you become comfortable with our service, we can discuss cleaning additional rooms. Organization services can also be added to help make the home easier to maintain.
4. We Create a Personalized Plan
Every home and every person is different. Depending on your needs and preferences, your plan may include:

- Regular maintenance cleaning
- Home organization
- Organization followed by cleaning
- A gradual, room-by-room approach
